Where is the store based?
Boisbriand, Canada

How long will it take to receive my order?
After processing, your order may take up to 7 days to reach its destination if you are based in Canada.
Anywhere else it can take up to 10 business days.
Please be patient with delivery, I work with partnership with freight companies, once the item is shipped out, I have no control on the delivery time.

How long does it takes for my order to be shipped ?
Once the order is place, it can take up to 6 open days before your order is shipped.
Orders are usually prepared and shipped on Wednesday! If you place your order Thursday, your order will be out the following Wednesday.

I preorder an item bundled up with an item ready to be shipped, what is the process ?
When you order an item currently in preorder and an item currently in stock, it'll be shipped together once the preorder item is ready. I sadly can not split the order in my system.
If you wish to receive the item in stock as soon as possible, please make sure you order it seperately from the preorder item.
